  • Processing the Membership application
  • Sending email communication regarding our service(s) and event(s).
  • Processing Event registration (paid on not)
  • Following up prior to or after an event
  • Participating in surveys, which we use for research
  • Targeting our services to the event interest and preference
  • Sharing NYC INVITES' news
  • Marketing and promotion of our other products and services, and third party product and services

We do not sell or share our Users and Members identifiable information to our advertisers or sponsors, but we may provide them with aggregated information about our Users and Members; for example, we may inform them that 150 men and 200 women between the ages of 30 and 40 have attended an Event. This aggregated information is used to help our supporting advertisers and sponsors reach the kind of audience they wish to reach.

  • for marketing purposes provided always with Users and Members consent

It is  part of NYC INVITES terms and conditions that no User, Member, or Guest be under the age of 21 years. Therefore we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age

of thirteen.
