About:

Chef Daphne Cheng elevates plant-based cuisine to a new grandeur with her hyper-sensitive palate and creative vision, she focuses the culinary spotlight on fresh, seasonal vegetables. She most enjoys juxtaposing ingredients and flavors in unusual ways, defying her father's repeated admonishments, "Don't play with your food." The resulting dishes can be all at once elegant, provoking and even bizarre, but most importantly delicious. Vera Wang, Alec Baldwin, and Lea Michele are just a few of her past clients.

The Seed creates premier plant-based lifestyle events that introduces and empowers attendees to a live a plant-based, cruelty-free and eco-friendly life. Showcasing products and services from many amazing small businesses that would otherwise not be discovered. The Seed is also a firm believer in giving back, therefore a portion of the profits are donated to various charities.
